About the Client:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in warehousing? Our client is seeking hands-on, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of logistics. As a Warehouse Trainee, you'll embark on a two-year journey to become a qualified Logistic Specialist while earning your Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Your duties will be diverse and dynamic, including picking/packing, processing purchase orders, loading and unloading stock, organizing freight, unloading vehicles, processing orders, and even driving the forklift. This traineeship offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience to prepare you for a successful career in the industry.
What We Need From You:
Eagerness to learn and adapt to change, with an openness to cross-training.
Demonstrate energy, proactivity, and a keen desire for continuous development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; don't hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance.
Attention to detail, along with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
While previous warehouse experience is valued, it's not mandatory.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must.
While a forklift license is advantageous, training will be provided at no cost.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, as well as a police check.
