About Our Client:
Our client operates within the waste management and environmental services industry, supporting safe and sustainable site operations across Western Australia. They are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Litter Picker to join their team based in the North Bannister region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for stable Monday to Friday work with the potential for extension beyond the initial contract duration.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Litter Picker, you will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness by collecting and disposing of windblown litter across designated areas of the site. The role will involve driving between work areas and completing manual outdoor duties throughout the day.
Your duties will include:
Driving around site to designated work areas
Walking fence lines, batters, and bushland areas collecting litter
Placing collected rubbish into bags for disposal
Unloading rubbish bags onto the tip face
Maintaining site cleanliness and supporting environmental standards
Following all site safety procedures and requirements
Roster:
Monday to Friday day shifts
What You Will Need:
Current C Class Drivers Licence
Ability to complete physically demanding outdoor work
Strong commitment to safety and environmental practices
Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
Ability to work independently across large site areas
What Is In It For You:
$36.70 per hour
Initial 3-month duration with opportunity for ongoing work
