About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of environmental, industrial and waste management services, supporting major resources and industrial operations across Australia.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking experienced Waterblasters and Vac Truck Operators for an upcoming shutdown at a mine in the Mt Isa region. The shutdown is expected to run for approximately 10 days, with 12-hour day or night shifts depending on the roster.
- Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment and/or Vac Trucks
- Assist with industrial cleaning and shutdown activities
- Complete general labouring and site support duties as required
- Work in confined spaces and at heights where required
- Follow all site safety procedures and shutdown requirements
What You Will Need
- Previous experience as a Waterblaster and/or Vac Truck Operator (desirable)
- High Pressure Water Jetting ticket (highly desirable)
- Heavy Rigid open licence (highly desirable)
- HRWL-WP licence (highly desirable)
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Ability to pass a mine site medical
- Strong commitment to safety
- Must be available and committed to the full 10-day shutdown
