What you will need!
- Driver's license essential and own transport
- Current working with children's card essential
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have weekend and night availability
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to process financial and administrative data accurately.
- Well-developed communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage frustrated or difficult clients using conflict resolution
What you will be doing
- Processing applications in accordance with company guidelines
- Verifying claims, invoices and financial information
- Prepare payment requests and support reconciliation and reporting obligations
- Provide clear, respectful and professional communication to client and stakeholders
- Manage difficult, distressed or frustrated clients with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records
- Travel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions
