About Our Client
Our client is medium sized company partnered with WorkPac, they are currently seeking an experienced Excavator operator to commence immediately.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Excavator operator to commence immediately in Pelican Waters (QLD) for a 12 month (minimum) project. This will be working day shifts, minimum 8 hour shifts and the successful candidate will have an extensive background operating 5.5T Excavator in a civil environment. You will have also have experience operating a posi track.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily site pre-starts
Operating a 5.5T Excavator (non GPS)
Trim work - digging holes for council trees to go in
Digging trenches for waterways
3T posi track operations
Loading out
Operating around other machinery and ground crew
Constant radio communication
Meeting strict safety standards
Working both individually and apart of a team
