What you will be doing
Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will be required to ensure all matters related to AP are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. Duties include:
Verifying that invoices possess the necessary authorisation for payment, proper coding, and accurate entry into the Accounts Payable ledger
Validate invoice pricing to ensure alignment with established contracted pricing agreements.
Efficiently process EFT / cheque payments as needed, including the compilation of invoices and remittance advices.
Conduct a thorough review of invoice pricing to match it with contracted pricing terms.
Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in collecting and arranging all invoices and remittance advices.
Employ outstanding communication and time management abilities to promptly address Accounts Payable queries.
This is a 6 month position with an immediate start.

SAP AP mandatory
Attention to detail
Good communication skills both verbal and written to engage with multiple stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable to assist the team with the contract period.
Good Receipt and Invoice Receipt knowledge
Knowledge through GST concepts and how GST is applied
