About the Role:
Our client a leading frozen foods business are currently looking for an Account Receivable Administrator to provide customer support, invoicing and administration duties. You will work a Monday Friday roster 8am-4pm. The office is located in Forest Glen.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible to provide high quality frontline customer service as an integral part of the delivery of services provided to customers.
Responsible for handling all customer complaints
Invoice customer orders
Process all deposits received
Enter EFTPOS slips daily
Reconcile cash/EFTPOS drawer
Banking
Enter special pricing into machine for customers
Taking orders where necessary and entering customer orders into Attach
Handle client queries re their accounts
Responsible for issuing Credit Notes
Maintain daily sales register, print this and file
Print all account statements and distribute on a weekly or monthly
