About the Role
We are looking for a Support Officer- Contractor Management to take ownership of administration and document control support of a team within well known Mining Company in Weipa.

Duties and Responsibilities
This role is a great opportunity for a motivated person to enjoy a constantly changing role, utilising their prior administrative and people skills to contribute to the safety and success of the team. Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will be:
Monthly collation of Contractor Hours
Work within and support site with the Contractor Induction Portal
Manage RT Weipa Contractor email inbox
Help with processing/receipting of site invoices
Run training reports for Humbug security
Updating training materials and templates for regular contractor supervising sessions
Support Superintendent with general administrative duties
Maintaining contractor management data bases
Working with other departments and stakeholders with contractor requests
Supporting with Contractor Prequalification?s & requalification?s
Completing in field audits of contractors and supervisors
