About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client on a mine site in the Bowen Basin located near Moranbah on a Monday to Friday Roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data entry

• Document Control

• Reporting

• Assisting with site induction process

• General administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience:

Provide experience in a site administration position or similar role

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• High Attention to Detail

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite

• SAP experience (preferred)

• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 or willing to obtain

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
