About the role
Workpac is currently seeking an Administration Assistant with a reliable, respectful and âcan doâ attitude to support the team for one of our clients.
If successful you will be required to answer and transfer incoming calls, greet customers and assist the admin team where required.
Skills and Experience
Excellent Customer service
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing documents for meetings
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Greeting and directing visitors
Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
