Payroll Administrator

• Casual, ongoing position

• Monday to Friday: full time hours

• $33/hr + penalties

The successful candidate will be required to have extensive experience in administrative support or payroll. The role is based on a Mine Site in the Gunnedah basin and you must reside within 100km of the mine to be considered.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting employees with payroll enquiries

• Manage, review and submit time sheets

• Collate, review and process leave forms

• Manage and Maintain payroll and HR spreadsheets

• Raising requisitions

• Invoicing

• Ad hoc such as scanning, printing & data entry

What you will need:

• Proficient competency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excell, Powerpoint)

• Minimum 2 years administration experience in payroll

• Ability to quickly learn in-house systems (training provided)

• C-Class Drivers Licence
