About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist for a 12-month duration. This role will be based in the Bowen Basin and work a Monday to Friday roster, accommodation is supplied.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders
Raising Requisitions
Ordering Catering / PPE
Managing SLAMS - Counting and auditing and filing.
Tracking Leave
Scanning / saving and process Leave forms
General Administration Duties ??? Assisting the Commercial Team
Welcoming and Assisting people to site
About You:
Previous Administration experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
Current Coal Board Medical
Current Standard 11
Current Manual C Class Australian Licence
Full Working Rights in Australia
