About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an Administration Officer for our Resource client based in Dampier. This role will start on a 6 month contract with possible extension, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Accommodation and Travel coordinating

• Customer service, face to face and over the phone

• Mobilisation and onboarding processes for staff

• Ad-hoc office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and reporting

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a similar role

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Strong customer service experience

• MYOB proficiency (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Right to work in Australia
