About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our client in Roxby Downs. This role will be focussing on supporting administration, HR and logistics department.

Duties include:

• Payroll Support - collating and sending timesheets and processing in Kronos system

• Purchasing and invoicing

• Providing general administration support to the branch

• Providing HR administration functions as required.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in administration

• Ability to work in a very fast-paced administrative environment

• Proficiency in Kronos, JDE, Coupa and MS Office

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Right to work in Australia
