About the Role

This position will see you working out of our clients Central Park office Monday to Friday, on an initial 6-month engagement where you will have the opportunity to develop your skillsets in the contract management area. As an entry level position, this role will suit someone who has worked in administration prior and looking to venture into contracts.

Key duties

• Reconciling monthly progress payment claims against the contract bill of quantities

• Raising site instructions for out of scope works

• Matching submitted daywork sheets to variation claims

• Running weekly contracts and claims reports in Omnicom

• Updating dashboard reports

• Performing audits to ensure compliant storage of all relevant contract documents and correspondence

• Assistance with onboarding activities

• Taking minutes in commercial meetings

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in the Construction of Mining industries in an administrative role

• Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of contracts administration software is desirable

• Reliable, team player that can use initiative
