Proforma Generation â End of Month Invoicing
Manage incoming correspondence.
File and retrieve company documents, records, and reports.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet and/or presentation software.
Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices.
Manage the PPE inventory and distribution process.
Support site HR activity through co-ordination of recruitment.
Facilitate creation of Transport Con-notes in Qube Connect (Inhouse Transport Management system)
Consolidate Freight data for Clients
Maintain Daily timesheets for Shared Facility Resources
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
Experience in a similar role
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
Email management, Data Entry and Digital Calendars skills preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to multi task and prioritise projects
Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly
