Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable

  • Proforma Generation â End of Month Invoicing

  • Manage incoming correspondence.

  • File and retrieve company documents, records, and reports.

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet and/or presentation software.

  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices.

  • Manage the PPE inventory and distribution process.

  • Support site HR activity through co-ordination of recruitment.

  • Facilitate creation of Transport Con-notes in Qube Connect (Inhouse Transport Management system)

  • Consolidate Freight data for Clients

  • Maintain Daily timesheets for Shared Facility Resources

Key Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred

  • Email management, Data Entry and Digital Calendars skills preferred

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Ability to multi task and prioritise projects

  • Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly

  • Flexible approach
