ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer who will show excellent communication skills and presentation, must be highly organised and have a "can do" attitude willing to assist in whatever the situation requires. Previous experience as a Receptionist / Administration Officer as well as experience in Microsoft Office is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception tasks including answering the phone, welcoming and seating visitors.

  • Making bookings and appointments

  •  Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Responsible for processing weekly payroll into SAP.

  • Undertake invoice reconciliation.

  • Maintaining site registers and records as per management and site

  • Coordinate travel, training and inductions including the on-boarding

  • process for new starters

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Certificate III in Business, or equivalent workplace experience

  • High communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good work ethic

  • SAP Experience (preferred)
