About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our client based near Emerald initially for two days per week with a potential for additional hours. A great opportunity with flexible work arrangements on offer to provide office management and administration functions to support management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform accounting, administrative and transactions and maintaining accurate records
Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team. This includes, word processing, data entry, preparation of reports, filing and general secretariat support
Coordinate appointments, meeting itineraries and travel requirements
Complete procurement, budgeting, inventory management, accounts payable & receivable functions
Coordinate staff training requirements
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated office management skills, with a focus on providing high quality management support services
Post-secondary level qualifications in the administrative and management fields (desirable)
Strong communication, time management and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
SAP experience (preferred)
Current Australian 'C' class open driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
