About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client on a Monday to Friday roster.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data and Timesheet Entry
Accommodation and flights booking
Compliance and auditing of documentation
Reporting
General administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within an Administration based position
Strong communication and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced administration environment
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
