About the Position:

To provide administrative and clerical support to the branch including payroll, service invoice processing including customer RCTI requirements & data entry; purchasing; reception & phone enquiries; customer service support; general secretarial and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone and face-to-face customer enquiries.

  • Processing of sub-contract and internal purchase orders.

  • To follow up outstanding purchase orders with suppliers and process as required.

  • Establishing and maintaining data base integrity.

  • Payroll processing for employees.

  • Personnel & tooling maintenance records kept and maintained. (Take 5's)

  • Customer RCTI processing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.

  • Ensuring purchasing is completed to meet branch requirements.

  • Minimal number of complaints from customers.

  • Site safety analysis for every task.

  • Positive feedback from customers and other departments.

  • Nil repeats of system failures resulting in credits or write-offs.

  • System and procedural training as required.

About you:

  • Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Must be computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs and have sound data entry skills.

  • Work as an active Komatsu Australia team member.

  • Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers.

  • Hold a current driverâs license.

  • Had previous experience in a similar position.

  • Have a technical aptitude.

  • Experience with SAP payroll administration.

  • Experience with OHSE policies and procedures
