About The Company

Specialising in the maintenance and management of aquaculture, this organisation has two facilities based in Ayr (QLD) and Bowen (QLD). They have multiple vacancies for technicians to join their team in an ongoing role, with opportunities to work in either the Aeration, Aquaculture or Pond sector of the business.

What You Will Be Doing

As a technician at the organisation, you will have a choice to work in one of the below parts of the facility;

Aeration Technician â DAY SHIFT

Candidates will be required to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)

• Daily tasks will include but not be limited to routine and reactive maintenance and cleaning of our aeration systems across our aquaculture facility

Aquaculture Technicians â DAY/NIGHT SHIFT

Candidates will be required to work 5 days/nights a week on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)

• Daily task includes looking after daily monitoring of Hatchery

Pond Technician â DAY SHIFT

Candidates will be required to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)

• Daily tasks will include husbandry tasks will include but not be limited to feed management, animal health and water quality data collection and analysis

What You Will Need

• No previous experience required as training is provided on the job

• Driver's License with reliable transport
