About the Client
Providing the world's only plug in cedar ice bath, our client supplies a range of ice baths, hot tubs, float tanks and saunas. They primarily export to international clients and are seeking an experienced Aftersales / Technical Support Officer to assist with customer enquiries and escalations based in their Molendinar branch.
What you will be doing
You will be required to work Monday to Friday working the hours of 8.30am - 5pm. As they are dealing international clients, the working hours may vary. As the After-Sales/Technical Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional post-sales support and technical assistance. You will work closely with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues promptly. Your role will consist of providing technical and after sales support to customers, monitor and analyse support ticket data, managing customer escalations and issue refunds when required.
What you will need
Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based industry
Ability to work as part of a team and constructively engage with team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
