About the Role:

WorkPac in conjunction with our leading client are seeking an experienced Asset Services Officer/Technical Officer you will provide support updating and maintaining data with the Asset Management System and complete a data cleanse of the Asset Register. Working a 38 hour week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting procurement processes through creating documentation and facilitating processes in line with NQBP practices and system requirements

• Administering procurement processes for the Asset Management team

• Contract Administration and developing/maintaining documents for contracts

• Supporting the maintenance and development of ERP Tech One Asset Management system data

• Liaising with other departments and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Experience with ERP TechOne or similar highly regarded (contracts, procurement and ASM)

• Experience with procurement processes and documentation

• Experience with Contracts Administration

• Excellent document processing and records management

• Good written skills, organisation skills and time management.

• Good interpersonal skills
