About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced AutoCAD Designer based within Brisbane CBD for commencement early June.

A highly experienced AutoCAD Designer who is familiar with Transport and Main Roads drafting standards is required to be engaged for delivery of Safer Road Sooner Projects and other road infrastructure projects as required. This is a full time Monday to Friday position, on going for the right candidate.

Duties will Include:

Reporting to the Principal Designer/ Engineer, duties will include:

• Auto CAD Drafting work for Road infrastructure projects design (civil and electrical) drawings preparation

• Generation of Dial before you dig drawings from the available systems resources

• Preparation of As-constructed drawings as required to the TMR standards and specifications

• Close communication with the Civil and Electrical designers

• Produce accurate design drawings in agreed and set time frames

• Liaising and coordinating with the Civil and Electrical designers in Producing PUP layouts

• Producing of Civil design drawing layouts, Producing of Electrical design layouts and

  Preparation of As-constructed drawings

Skills and Experience:

• Required: Extensive experience within AutoCAD and its TMR customisation

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications - Highly Regarded

• Current "C" Class Driver's License and Own Transport

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
