About The Role

WorkPac are seeking a Bid Writer to join one a leading engineering consultancy in Henderson. The successful Bid Writer will work closely with the company's business development team to manage and maintain project documentation and proposals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret Request for Tender documentation and develop appropriate responses.

• Build and develop an internal system and catalogue content for future production.

• Manage the production of complex project documentation.

• Edit, clarify and proofread documents across the business.

• Tailor communication to suit appropriate internal and external audiences.

• Provide coaching and advice on ways to improve writing processes.

Skills & Experience

• Background in engineering design.

• Accurate writing skills with the ability to demonstrate a clear and concise manner.

• Sound and effective organisational skills, including the ability to manage changes to technical requirements and prioritise work within tight timeframes.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop effective internal stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
