Branch Administrator

Job description

Job Highlights

  • Residential to Port Hedland (No FIFO)

  • 8 hour days - Mon, Wed, Fri

  • Part time hours

The successful candidate will be required to provide general Admin to Managers and Supervisors, this will include:

  • Answer phones.

  • Greet customers.

  • Update staff training files.

  • Doc control.

  • File daily paperwork.

  • Data entry of con notes and scheduling.

  • Book pick ups for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience

  • Must be computer literate

  • Have great time management skills

  • Minimum C Class Drivers Licence

  • Unlimited rights to work in Australia

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol screenings
