Business Improvement Analyst
About the Role:
Workpac are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Analyst for our leading mining Clients operations in the Northern Territory.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience across business improvement methods within the mining industry. You will assist with the development and deployment of business improvement methods and tools, in line with the Business Improvement strategy/plan for our Client. This is a Monday to Friday role based in Gove.
About the Role:
Support initiative owners with creating new initiatives and required documentation in Business Improvement tools
Assists with facilitating and implementing high value Business Improvement initiatives using LEAN tools
Meet with workstream stakeholders to discuss pipeline health
Facilitation of weekly Transformation meetings and Idea Generation Workshops
A role model and coach for positive change in behaviours, practices and processes
Supports the Business Improvement team as required
About You:
Build business reporting tools (Power BI) and dashboards, including financial tracking tools
Ability to effectively influence stakeholder to ensure timelines are met
Capability in recognising Business Improvement opportunities and implementing change
Strong problem solving skills, logical thinking and sound decision making
The ability to work autonomously and to work in teams
A high level of computer literacy with MS Office and Apps skills
