About the Role:

Workpac are seeking an experienced Change Management and Communication Specialist for an exciting new role with our leading mining client based in Brisbane.

Working within the supply chain area of the business, the successful candidate will work with the Global Performance Improvement Manager to support change management for supply chain projects and initiatives within the mining space. This is a Monday to Friday full time role in our Clients Brisbane CBD office with the contract expected to run until December 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the design of change management and communication approaches for various supply chain initiatives ensuring alignment to the existing standards used by the Company;

• Developing and managing the change management and communication plans;

• Developing and managing change impact analysis and change readiness assessments;

• Drafting internal and external communications to support the change strategy on various supply chain initiatives;

• Managing the interface and engagement with the internal communications team;

• Managing the interface and engagement with the internal learning and development team;

• Designing, developing and rolling out training and change curriculum; and

• Supporting the development and updating of Company standards and procedural documents.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Adobe CC Applications, Microsoft Office Tools

• An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline

• Proven experience in designing and leading communication/awareness campaign

• Proven experience in designing and leading and successful implementing change strategies

• Experience/exposure to Supply Chain business processes and system applications

• Good relationship management capability

• Extensive relevant professional experience leading an initiative within in a global or multidisciplinary context
