We have multiple positions available for skilled Civil Labourers & Operators who are available to commit to short -medium term work with the potential for ongoing work down the track.

Rates:

• Civil Labourers: $48.66p/hr plus penalties

• Roller Operators: $49.46p/hr plus penalties

Allowances include:

• Daily Travel: $40.00

About Our Client & Project

Opportunities are available for Civil Construction Industry workers to join a major highway project in the Southeast Queensland region, working for National leading companies on a Joint Venture, this is a large-scale project with a duration of approximately 2 years, connecting the Gold Coast & Brisbane via additional highway infrastructure.

About the roles

Positions are open to individuals that have previous experience in the Civil Construction industry, ideally specialising in road construction Projects. If successful, you will be required to work from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, working between 8-to-10-hour shifts. You will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks as a Civil Labourer on the project and you will ideally have a Roller ticket to carry out the operations of various sized Smooth-Drum Rollers and /or MR Licence to operate trucks on site.

What you will need

• Must have a Drivers Licence with reliable transport

• Must have a Construction White Card

• Roller ticket highly desirable but not essential for all positions

• Minimum 2 years experience in Civil Construction is required

• Highway upgrade construction experience highly desirable

• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medicals with D&A testing

• You must be committed to attending work every day with a strong attitude towards attendance

• Strong regard to safety in the workplace
