Leading Hand - Civil Operator

WorkPac are currently seeking civil operator leading hands for an ongoing role in civil work, carparks, and stormwater projects. This position is open for applicants in Rockhampton.

• $40 per hour, 50hr weeks

• On-going opportunity for the right applicant

• Immediate Start, Located in Rockhampton

What you will be doing

Successful candidates will be playing an important part in growing and developing the business and their crew. The role is initially 3-4 months long, and ongoing for the right applicant. For the right applicant, it will be a long term role with opportunity for advancement to Construction Supervisor and permanent transition to our clients books. What you will need:

• Previous experience doing civil work, stormwater/car park experience is highly desirable.

• White Card

• Experience in a leading hand position or experience leading a small team of operators and labourers

• Operator tickets (Excavator, Roller, or Bob Cat)
