About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our client on a Wind Farm project based north of Albany. The successful candidate will be required to work on site weekly, with flexible working hours considered.

Duties include:

• Implementation of safety and hygiene provisions in the workplace and environmental protection, in compliance with local legislation.

• Perform safety inspections

• Assuring the compliance of civil works performed with Issued for Construction (IFC) Design, Technical Specification, contractual requirements, quality, local laws, and site sustainability.

• Monitoring progress of civil work activities

• Performing the measurement and classification of work executed and the compilation of the booklets of measurements and accounting required for the payment approval.

• Implementing Quality Control Plans on site

• Support the Site Coordinator by ensuring the implementation of Design Change and Non-Conformity resolution during construction and assembly activities.

• Supervise civil subcontractors to meet technical and quality requirements set forth in civil drawings and specifications.

• Monitoring all civil activities relating to project schedule.

• Assist the on-site construction team in resolving technical or engineering issues with vendors and contractors.

• Design/drafting as necessary to assist the design team.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience working as a Civil Supervisor or similar

• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• WA C Class Drivers Licence and White Card
