About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a CMS Coordinator to join the Rail Maintenance Coastal Track team to assist with the day to day running of their CMS portfolio. You will be based at their 8 Mile Rail Facility.
Provide support to CMS Supervisor to effectively manage contractors
Run Qual reports for contractors who are on-boarding
Be proficient in the RTTMS booking systems
Coach and mentor contractors to ensure compliance with HSEQ, CM policies, processes and procedures
Coordination of in-field causal audits
Backfill in the CMS Supervisor Position when team members take leave
Participate in monthly performance reviews
Liaison between Rio Tinto Procurement (RTP) and operations
Develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders and employees/ contractors
Skills and Experience:
C Class Drivers Licence
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SAP
Safety focused, knowledge of OSH policies and procedures will be advantageous
Ability to work independently and work effectively in a team environment
CMS background is desirable however happy to train the right person
