About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking multiple CMS Supervisors to join the team at Rio Tinto based in Dampier. The successful candidates will work a 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth.. This role will be for a 12 month duration with potential to extend. The successful candidate will be working as part of an owners team to delivered rail renewal projects. The supervisor work with multiple contract partners on a day to day basis in both planning and execution stages of the projects

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work with and coach contract partners in the application of risk assessment tools. JHA, Take 5 , SWP and critical risk management tools

Perform safety leadership coaching with a focus in critical risk management through infield verification

Attend internal and external contract partners daily ritual meetings E.g., Pre-starts, HSE meetings, Planning and lessons learnt sessions

Responsible for issue & monitoring of workpermits

Manage the engagement and performance of external contractor and suppliers.

Monitor partners compliance with the CMS terms and conditions, KPIs

Work collaboratively to deliver the best outcome for the business through internal and external stake holder engagement

Provide business context in a meeting environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in safety leadership

Lead teams for both owners and client side

Planning and resource skills

Project Management

Sound computer skills
