About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Construction Manager to lead a pipelines construction team in the delivery of three major pipeline projects which form a critical part of the Iron Bridge magnetite project in the Pilbara.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the pipeline construction contractors.
Ensures compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide assurance that all construction activities are planned, organised and executed effectively.
Meet project objectives by building the team, managing the construction and contractors through engagement, motivation and accountability.
Managing and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Proactively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve OH&S performance.
Skills & Experience
Extensive Construction Management experience across major projects in the mining sector.
Current WA C Class Driver's license.
Strong decision-making capability along with ability to work autonomously.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead, influence and motivate.
