About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join a project implementation team for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital on a FIFO 8/6 roster to the Pilbara.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and delivery of project plans in line with construction schedules.
Supervise major civil construction works.
Provide interface between SMP and Electrical works.
Responsible for completions and handover to commissioning team.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction.
Previous Rio Tinto project construction experience.
Current WA C Class Drivers license.
Strong decision-making capability along with ability to work autonomously.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead, influence and motivate.
