About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our leading Mining Client for a casual position for an immediate start. This position will be for an initial 6 month duration with potential to extend, and will have a Monday to Friday Roster, 40 hours per week, based in the Brisbane CBD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft Contract Tendering Packages

• Draft National and Regional Supply Agreements

• Contract Award and Handover

• Liaise with Accounts Payable

• Contract Administration

• Project Support

Skills and Experience:

• Some commercial experience

• Experience in Procurement and Contract Administration in Mining and Strategic Disciplines

• Analytical and Problem solving skills

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Mining Industry Knowledge

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Time Management
