About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to oversee the rehabilitation project currently being undertaken at Rio Tinto Yandicoogina.

Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all contractors are engaged and performing within Rio Tinto safety procedures

• Contractor onboarding (inductions, travel & mobilsation)

• Risk assessment and safety planning

• HME Equipment inspections and approvals

• Coordinating, monitoring and issuing permits

• Project close out upon completion of rehabilitation works

Equipment being used will include diggers, dozers, dump trucks, IT loaders and a service truck.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a background of experience of working in open cut mining environments

• Rio Tinto experience is highly regarded

• SAP experience

• Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)
