About the Position:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Officer to join our leading mining & resource client based based within the Bowen Basin for an immediate start.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Assisting leaders in undertaking contract scope of works

• Participating in the tender process and responding to tender enquiries

• Supporting contract management processes to ensure legal and procedural compliance

• Providing advice to suppliers and maintaining accurate records.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience across administering procurement contracts with strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities

• Experience in Procurement and Contract Administration and strategic disciplines necessary to achieve the confidence and rapport in dealing with internal stakeholders

• The ability to engage with various stakeholders and a thorough understanding of contract management and contract administration principals- Essential

• Current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 - Or Willing to Obtain

• Current C Class Driver's License

• Full working rights within Australia
