  About the Role:

  WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Crew Trainer to join our clients team located in the Bowen Basin. This role will work a Monday to Friday roster and will report to the Superintendent of the Site Systems department.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting CMWâ with training, LMS and gate entry queries.

• Daily data entry requirements utilising SuccessFactors and Documentum platforms.

• Provide Supervisor support with reporting requirements.

• Develop strong working relationships with our key stakeholders.

• Support the Site Systems team to drive compliance, training and reporting initiatives that positively influence the culture and performance of the site.

  About You:

• Outgoing personality with a drive to deliver quality customer service.

• Strong communication skills that support you building relationships at all levels of the business.

• A proactive approach in identifying issues coupled with the confidence to generate and put forward creative solutions.

• Proficient computer skills in Excel and Outlook with a high level of attention to detail.

• Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning Management System desirable.

• Ability to organise and manage competing demands and priorities.

• Ability to work and engage in a strong team environment.

• Current Coal Board Medical

• Current Standard 11

• Current Australian Drivers Licence

• Full Working Rights in Australia
