About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our leading Electronic Security client for a Full Time Permanent Contract, direct with the client. This position will have a Monday to Friday Roster, based in Salisbury (Brisbane) and will have weekly alternating roster start times: (Daylight savings, between 7am to 10 am) and (Non Savings, between 8 am and 10 am.).
Reporting to the customer services manager, this role will be responsible for responding and resolving customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner. The role is fast paced, and no two days are the same.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service to all our customers
Handling all customer inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Problem solving and investigating a variety of simple and complex requests
