Customer Service Scheduler

WorkPac are seeking a Customer Service Scheduler for a position Perth based. This position is to effectively manage the fleet within the assigned geographical area to ensure cost effective allocation of resources and efficient distribution to meet customer needs. This role offers a Monday to Friday roster and is a fulltime opportunity.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace.

  • Comply with all relevant safety, health and environment legislation.

  • Actively seek feedback on site safety from customers and account managers.

  • Achieve safety targets for Concrete and ensure acceptance and implementation of the SHE standard and YED objectives.

  • Actively participate in Safety Improvement Team meetings and encourage participation of Plant Production Supervisors, Cartage Contractors, Customer Accounts Managers and Area Operations Managers.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and work instructions.

  • Effective maintenance of paperwork and documentation.

  • Financial Ensure efficient costs of cartage within the concrete business through effective fleet management.

  • Daily overview of fleet allocation to achieve cost benefits

  • Implement KPI and key measures, for maximizing LOD and COT utilisation.

  • LODs and Drivers Effectively deal with drivers and escalate performance issues relevant to deal with plants and customers enquiries for allocation complaints.

  • Assist Customer Service Operators in responding to customer enquiries

  • Handle customer queries as appropriate

  • Manage truck utilisation in conjunction with batch plants and Area Operations Managers to maintain optimum service level possible to customers leadership

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working in Logistics and/or supply chain would be well regarded

  • Previous scheduling/allocator experience

  • Computer skills High proficiency in word and excel

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • C class drivers licence
