About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for a position with our industrial client based in Welshpool, Perth.
Our client are industry leaders in fire and security technology and are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their close knit team in Welshpool. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for liaising with the technicians to process repair orders and provide quotes. This role will require excellent phone and email communication to liaise with clients, customers and technicians. This is an on going opportunity working on a temporary to permanent basis working full time hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities and Requirements for the role:
Liaise with Technicians on a daily basis to discuss repair jobs and requirements and enter in to the system
Work with the Technicians to determine job order requirements and prepare quotes for customers and clients
Liaise with customers and client regarding quotes and technician availability and schedule required job orders
Enter information in to the Customer Management System
Prior experience in a similar role is essential ideal with some sales exposure
Previous experience in the fire industry highly regarded
Must be a team player with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must hold full working rights in Australia
