About the Position:
The purpose of the Service Coordinator position is to be the central contact point for all internal and external clients and technicians, scheduling and allocation of all reactive and preventative field service works as well as coordinate and allocate work to minimize downtime and maximize field resources.
Requirements of the Role:
VCE/HSC or equivalent
Proven history working in facilities or field service dispatch / scheduling role for 2+ years. Preferably HVAC, ELEC, FIRE.
Experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Proven technician trade scheduling and work allocation experience both reactive and preventative maintenance work to meet industry standards including business and client set KPI???s.
Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft package including advanced Excel & Word.
