About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced and reliable document controllers for a variety of positions across Perth.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide guidance, support and training to Project teams in all document management and control best practices in accordance with global major projects guidance.
Engage with external stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance to Rio Tinto processes and procedures
Manage project data through the project life cycle to ensure all data is safe and secured to hand over to operations at project completion
Ensure compliance with Rio Tinto, external standards, and Project Data Management guidance for major projects Provide best practice knowledge in managing and processing document management
Provide a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document management and control processes and systems.
Liaise with document controllers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent principles are applied with the proper classification and identification of information.
Administer the workload management tools for the team
Skills and Experience Required:
Several years experience in a document control role working on large projects
Excellent collaboration skills dealing with stakeholders groups and team members
Experience in managing Document Control systems and processes
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge and experience in Sharepoint, Acconex systems
Rights to Work in Australia
Drivers Licence - WA C Class Manual
