About the Role
We are currently looking for an Experienced Contracts Document Controller- Projects Department for approximately 6 months for a well known Mining Company. Opportunity for contract extensions and permanent positions may apply to the right candidate.

Desired Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a Document Controller role in a medium to large organisation.
- Strong oral and written communication; and interpersonal skills
- High level numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated intermediate (or advanced) Microsoft Office Suite skills or other software packages e.g. SAP
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Proven ability to work effectively independently or as a team member
- An ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation
- Highly motivated with ability to use initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of tasks and business information
