ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market, and the largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced D11 dozer operators to manage production overburden .

Opportunities for up skilling for individuals who demonstrate a passion for upholding their key value.  As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. This is a drive-in drive-out (DIDO) and bus-in bus-out (BIBO) site (from Yeppoon and Rockhampton) in the Blackwater region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of a D11 Dozer to manage production overburden and completion of risk assessments.

An absolute commitment to working safely on 12.5 hours shifts, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential.

It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful you will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated mining experience on a D11 Dozer, to be verified by a signed SSE/ Delegate signed skills list.

• BMA Core or Standard 11

• SSE/ Delegate Signed Skills List

• Minimum 24 months mine experience
