Job Brief/Overview
Duties:
Perform loading and unloading duties of waste across a range of waste streams, which may include the use of Vac trucks to collect cooking oils, fats, septic, industrial water waste and rigid trucks to collect packaged waste.
Maintain a professional image of the Company and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required.
Ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use & stored in a clean & correct manner
Essential Licence
Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combo (HC) or Medium Combo (MC) License (AUS), whichever is applicable.
Desirable:
Current dangerous goods license preferred (essential in NZ and AUS if required to carry dangerous goods)
Current High-Risk license forklift, strongly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in the transportation of dangerous goods.
Knowledge and experience in operation of vacuum truck equipment.
Ideal candidate

Pre-Employment Requirements: Both doses of COVID vaccine, Driver History Report, Cleanaway WH&S to be completed prior to commencement (certificate to be presented to site manager on arrival).
