About the Role

WorkPac currently have a number of opportunities for experienced Operators to commence work immediately. You will form part of and contribute to the Mine Operations Department of a Bowen Basin Mine near Collinsville, Operating Dump trucks Hitachi 3500, 4000 , Cat 789 trucks, 777 water trucks, D10, D11- fusion Dozers, 16,18 Cat Graders, 5600, 3600 Hitachi excavators, Drills Sandvik DR460 x 3 (2 have the Flanders system), 2 x DTI1100 Top Hammer Drills

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

To be successful in these roles you will have the following:

Skills/Experience

• Current Drivers Licence

• Standard 11 Induction (Statement of Attainment)

• Current Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain

• RII Competencies for mining equipment and/or signed skills list buy an SSE

• At least 18 months experience in a mining environment.
