About the Role

WorkPac is seeking a Dust Management Technician with a fitting or boiler-making trade qualification and plumbing experience to join the Engineering Maintenance team at Rio Tinto's Cape Lambert mine site. At this stage the position is backfill for 4-5 months, with the opportunity to be considered for other roles should they become available after this time.

Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you will be required to have the following:

Skills & Experience

• Relevant Australian Fitter or Boilermaker Trade

• Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)

• Experience with pipe threading & plumbing

• Knowledge of flanges and valve types

• Basic understanding of SAP (highly regarded)
