  About the Role:

  WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for an ongoing duration at Cape Lambert. This role will work an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engineering and troubleshooting support of maintenance execution and operations teams

• Identification, ownership and implementation of initiatives to deliver improvements in safety, asset performance, and cost

• Defect elimination project validation and delivery support

• Initiation and facilitation of root cause analysis to mitigate acute and chronic asset failures

  About You:

• Experience working in a fixed plant environment

• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS

• Lean Six Sigma methodology experience or Black Belt Certification

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), or 5 years of equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in engineering maintenance roles

• Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and projects

• Experience with Defect Elimination processes and Root Cause Analysis methodology

• Experience with failure analysis

• Current Manual C Class Australian Licence

• Full Working Rights in Australia
